Technological Sovereignty & Trusted Origin

Cyber Drone Solutions a.s. is committed to strengthening European and allied technological sovereignty, with a primary focus on unmanned and autonomous platforms, including UAV, UGV, VTOL, and counter-unmanned systems, as well as their supporting subsystems and enabling technologies.

We specialise in the integration of components, subsystems, and technologies into complete unmanned platforms and mission-ready systems. We prioritise solutions originating from the European Union and trusted international partners, with a strong emphasis on verifiable origin, supply-chain transparency, and security of supply.
Where global cooperation is required, it is conducted exclusively under conditions that ensure:

Full traceability of origin
Compliance with export-control and dual-use regulations
Protection of sensitive technologies and know-how

All suppliers and partners are required to provide documented proof of the place of manufacture, disclose subcontractors, and ensure their supply chains remain transparent and auditable.

Responsible & Secure Global Supply Chains

Cyber Drone Solutions a.s. operates globally and cooperates with partners across multiple regions. This global reach does not compromise our ethical, security, or compliance principles.

We maintain a strict and non-negotiable position:

we do not support, cooperate with, or enable, directly or indirectly, the Russian Federation, its military-industrial ecosystem, or any entities contributing to its aggression against Ukraine.

We conduct thorough due diligence of all partners and suppliers, including sanctions screening, ownership and security assessment, and ethical review, in accordance with EU, UN, and applicable allied regulations.

We cooperate only with entities that:

Fully comply with international sanctions and export-control regimes
Respect human rights and international labour standards
Operate transparently and without corruption
Do not pose security, political, or reputational risks to European or allied interests

Transparency, Integrity & Trust

We are committed to open, accurate, and honest communication with customers, partners, and stakeholders.

All technical recommendations, system architectures, and commercial offers related to unmanned platforms and associated systems are based on verified specifications, realistic performance parameters, and proven or demonstrable interoperability.

For all delivered platforms, assemblies, and integrated solutions, we ensure full traceability of components, configurations, and revision histories throughout the system lifecycle.

Data Protection & Cybersecurity

Cyber Drone Solutions a.s. places strong emphasis on the protection of technical data, system architectures, software, firmware, production parameters, and customer-specific operational know-how related to unmanned and autonomous systems.

We do not use, integrate, or distribute any components, software, or services that could:

Enable unauthorised access to data
Allow covert data exfiltration
Compromise sensitive, classified, or mission-critical information

We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and relevant European and allied cybersecurity and information-security standards applicable to the defence and security sectors.

We support partners and manufacturers who apply environmentally responsible production practices and actively work to reduce their environmental footprint.

All employees, management, collaborators, and partners of Cyber Drone Solutions a.s. are expected to act in accordance with the principles of integrity, professionalism, accountability, and loyalty to the company’s values.

We maintain zero tolerance for discrimination, harassment, abuse of power, conflicts of interest, or any form of unethical or unlawful conduct.

Any suspected breach of this Code of Ethics may be reported confidentially or anonymously to company management without fear of retaliation.

Management Team

David Kubiš

Sales

Role:
David is a co-founder of Cyber Drone Solutions, where he currently leads the company’s business direction and growth as Sales Director. He oversees acquisition processes and manages key customers and partners. He is also responsible for the commercial strategy and for communicating CDS solutions in a way that delivers measurable value to clients across industries.

Background:
David has built extensive experience in B2B sales, account management, and relationship development over many years in the telecommunications and technology sector, notably at T-Mobile and O2. He later joined MULTIMA a.s. as Sales Manager, where he further developed commercial strategy and solution positioning, while also broadening his profile with a product dimension as Product Owner at Dokladovna. This “sales + product” combination now enables him at CDS to connect business opportunities with the realistic delivery of technically complex UAV/UGV solutions.

Jan Macák

Projects

Role:
At Cyber Drone Solutions, Jan is responsible for the technical delivery of projects—turning customer requirements into a working system. In practice, he leads the technical alignment between platform and mission, coordinates the integration of unmanned systems (UAV/UGV) including subcontractors and technology partners, and ensures the final solution fits the specific mission requirements across industrial, governmental, and emergency-response sectors.

Background:
Jan brings strong automotive experience, particularly in industrialization and manufacturing processes, gained at Valeo. He started as a Process Engineer, focusing on stabilizing critical final-assembly processes, implementing optimizations, creating work instructions, and delivering training, before moving into industrialization project leadership. He led the industrialization of a “front camera” project, managing suppliers and milestones through a successful start of production. He later worked as a Zone & Domain Controller project lead for Renault, involved from the pre-project phase—covering manufacturability, budgeting, and the specification of an automated production line.

Šimon Seemann

Operations

Role:
At Cyber Drone Solutions, Šimon leads the operational coordination of projects and internal processes that enable the integration of unmanned platforms and the delivery of tailor-made solutions in aerial and ground robotics. In practice, he connects the company’s day-to-day execution with the needs of the technical team and external partners—ensuring preparation, requirements alignment, dependency management, and cross-team communication translate into reliable deployment of UAV/UGV solutions for defence, industry, and emergency services.

Background:
Šimon gained experience in diplomacy and EU institutions through roles at the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Washington, the Permanent Delegation of the Czech Republic to UNESCO, and previously the European Parliament. He has a long-term focus on security issues, particularly the war in Ukraine, the military use of unmanned platforms, and the European defence industry. He combines institutional experience with an analytical view of current security trends, including the modernisation of defence capabilities and the adaptation of armed forces to emerging technologies and threats.
