Inquisithor

Inquisithor is a Czech-engineered cargo UAV quadcopter, built for flexibility, rapid deployment, and reliable performance across various use cases—from logistics and industrial monitoring to emergency support.

The drone features a central cargo bay with a bottom-release mechanism, enabling controlled in-flight payload drops.
Designed with open-source architecture, the platform runs on Ardupilot and is fully PX4-compatible, offering extensive customization for advanced users. The entire construction, including electronics, motors, and software, is manufactured in the Czech Republic, with no data sent to foreign servers—ensuring operational security and full control over the system.

Advanced Payload and Battery Swapping System

When fully loaded, the drone maintains 20–25 minutes of flight time. Payload deployment is precisely managed through a single-channel Arduino-based computer integrated into the cartridge. Each cartridge includes both battery and ammunition compartments, enabling fast turnaround times. Operators can swap cartridges in seconds, minimizing downtime. It is advised to maintain 3–4 cartridges per drone for continuous operations.

Secure, Customizable, and Czech-Made

Inquisithor is designed with data security in mind—it does not transmit any information to foreign servers. All critical components, including the motors, motor controllers, software, and hardware, are manufactured in the Czech Republic, ensuring full control over quality and compliance.
The flight computer is based on the Cube PX4, with an optional upgrade to Black Cube for adherence to U.S. military-grade safety standards. All control units are open-access, enabling expert users to modify and optimize the system in a sandboxed environment tailored for development and testing.

This versatile cargo drone platform offers a robust, customizable, and secure solution for specialized missions requiring precision payload delivery, long endurance, and rapid deployment—all built on reliable Czech engineering.
